Menestral is the Reserva Brut Nature sparkling wine, a tribute to all the artisans, like our Avi Pere, who did manual tasks and thanks to them we are here today.
Local varieties from Penedés (Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Perellada, with a touch of Chardonnay). The bottles remain in the cellar for two years.
We started making about 200 bottles and currently produce about 1.500 a year.
